This means if the EyCatcher® rusts as a result of manufacturing defects during the first two years after original purchase, or the original purchaser discovers defects in materials or workmanship within 90 days of purchase, Next Innovations will replace your EyCatcher®.  REPLACEMENT IS THE SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY unless the EyCatcher® design you purchased is discontinued or the design is modified, in which case Next Innovation may, in its sole discretion, replace it with a similar product of equal quality or value or refund your actual purchase price. This warranty is not transferable, covers only EyCatchers® manufactured after August 31, 2005 and does not cover normal wear, fading paint, or loss, damage or rusting caused by improper use or storage of your EyCatcher®.
